The frame is realized in high-quality thick steel plate, which is electro welded and milled on CNC numerical control milling machines. All parts subject to mechanical stress are in alloy steel, wear and tear parts tempered, ground and heavy-chromed. The power cylinder is realized with special guide and seal rings to guarantee very long and maintenance-free life. The hydraulic power pack is equipped with special highly efficient and quiet logical valve distribution units. The electric board is realized exclusively with parts coming for the leading manufactures, in order to guarantee quality and constant availability of replacements parts. In additional to making them more attractive, the essential design of these stone splitters also makes them easy to clean and service.
