Techno Split is an Italian company founded in 1996 that designs and builds hydraulic Stone splitting machines. The entire range of TS machines is suitable for any type of stone, either unshaped or sawed, and with the most varied dimensions.
The philosophy behind TECHNO SPLIT projects is to offer professional operators outstandingly sturdy hydraulic stone splitter and for this purpose every single working parts in the TS models is largely oversized in order to offer maximum solidity and stability during the splitting stages.
The frame is realized in high-quality thick steel plate, which is electro welded and milled on CNC numerical control milling machines. All parts subject to mechanical stress are in alloy steel, wear and tear parts tempered, ground and heavy-chromed. The power cylinder is realized with special guide and seal rings to guarantee very long and maintenance-free life. The hydraulic power pack is equipped with special highly efficient and quiet logical valve distribution units. The electric board is realized exclusively with parts coming for the leading manufactures, in order to guarantee quality and constant availability of replacements parts.
In additional to making them more attractive, the essential design of these stone splitting machines also makes them easy to clean and service.

The added value
of a TS model
Models with a closed structure use splitting from bottom to top and generally have only one main cylinder. The blades can be made with an excellent adaptation to irregular surfaces or they can be fixed to work on sawed surfaces. The double structure ensures a guide for the blade and long working life of the machinery. The choice of components of the electric panel is based on quality but also on availability on international markets.
The parts subject to wear are tempered, ground and thick chrome-plated. The structures are milled with CNC machines and the parts subject to force during the splitting phase are all oversized so as to give stability and ensure a longer working life of the machinery.
